Last February 1st, the volunteers of AON corporation, finalized their Corporative Volunteering coordinated by Fundación del Valle:  They carried out several activities like awareness workshops on the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), to students of Primary of the Beata Filipina School in Madrid.

On this time, they worked with tn SDG16: Peace, Justice and Solid Institutions.

The 5th and 6th grade students of Primary, enjoyed one more day participating in the activities that the AON employees brought prepared for them.

They dealt with bullying in the classrooms.  The students shared their experiences describing some episodes they had lived about the lack of peace, justice and solidarity among the youngest.

They finished asking the students to complete a small survey to assess the content and results of the four workshops they had received.  The conclusion has been tremendously positive in all aspects.

Congratulations to the AON volunteers who have given their time and dedication to these children to train them in  applying the Sustainable Development Goals in their lives.

At the same time, they have been enriched with this activity much more than the students.

This project is also being carried out with the financial support of the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation for Development (AECID).

This collaboration between our two institutions would not have been possible without the invaluable collaboration of the Sharing Talent Values Program of Botín Foundation, which has put companies in contact with organizations of the Third Sector and does a great job of coaching and is a meeting point between our organizations
