On Friday, July 13, at 1:30 p.m. and invited by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, Josep Borrell, we attended the inauguration of the new Director of the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation, Ms. Aina Calvo Sastre.
