From the month of November 2017 to June 2018, Fundación del Valle offers a specific Fundraising course for people in charge of raising funds from different Spanish institutions and companies.
The sessions take place in the auditorium of the Beatriz Building in Madrid (calle José Ortega y Gasset 29) from 7 pm to 9 pm, followed by a cocktail-dinner for the participants.
In the first session of the course, Mr. Rafael Acosta welcomed the attendees and introduced the topic to be discussed. Next, Mª José Cantón from Fundación del Valle and Prof. Juan Manuel De Toro from IESE, speakers at this first session, spoke on the theme: “Creating Social Impact. Educational and educational activities “
- Study of the needs of my environment.
- Knowing what my entity contributes to society: visibility
- Understand the return of my activity: Why me? Because right now? Why in this way?
After the presentations, group work takes place. The participants are grouped into 16 different groups of people who share homogeneous activities, to proceed to work on the topic and discuss different aspects.

On January 25, 2018, the second session of the course took place, in which the speaker was Prof. Julián Villanueva, (Commercial Management, IESE). The theme was: “Project management with scarce resources”. The presentation was based on the “Case Method” of a Spanish start-up.
