Our health project in Honduras, funded in the 15th Call Fundación Bancaja- Bankia Coopera ONG, concludes

The project “To reduce the severe and moderate malnutrition of children served in the Santa Teresa de Jesús School in the New Capital (Tegucigalpa)” has been completed. The primary health care of children and their mothers of the Santa Teresa School of New Capital (Tegucigalpa) has been improved. Specifically, 120 children have been treated through the provision of nutritional supplements (deworming, multivitamins …), control and clinical monitoring of children. Mothers have also been trained in nutrition, hygiene and care of the environment to help improve the situation of children and their families.
