Last Saturday, October 19, the Charity Dinner of Fundación del Valle took place, the solidarity event that we organize each year and whose collection we use to cover the educational projects we are currently working on.

Once again, the cozy restaurant of the National Golf Center of Madrid was the perfect venue.

More than 160 people enjoyed a night in which we gathered some friends, collaborators, donors, the Foundation Board, and the team and volunteers who helped us to make it a success.

Once the guests were accommodated at their tables, our President Cristina Rubio welcomed and thanked everyone for our presence and collaboration.

Elisabet López Torrents, General Director of Fundación del Valle, talked about our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility and the link between the professional and personal fields.

Then, the dinner prepared by Caná Golf was served. After the meal, we could listen to the shocking testimonies of Daniel Turiel from ACTEC, who explained the MicroMBA Project -an initiative that is being developed in many countries with very good results-, and of Almudena Gutiérrez from Uganda Kids, who told about his volunteer experience in that country, where he attended several years ago with numerous volunteers.

Throughout the night we sold tickets for the solidarity raffle, which the guests very generously bought to continue collaborating. Once the exciting and fun raffle took place, finally there was a live music concert thanks to the generosity of a group of parents from the Colegio Beata Filipina of Madrid.

Thanks to all who have made possible the success of this solidarity event so that we can go on helping more people!

And of course we want to thank our faithful SPONSORS who donated some fantastic gifts for the solidarity raffle: Massumeh Cosmetics, Intercontinental del Regalo, Bodegas Parxet, IEB, Natixis, and many more individuals who donated some gifts.
